The problem

A volunteer fire company's website has to serve three audiences that want completely different things: residents who need EMS billing or a records request, prospective volunteers who need to know how to join, and the department itself, which needs its roster and apparatus to stay current without a developer in the loop.

What we did

We built each audience its own path rather than one page trying to serve all three: EMS billing, membership with its own interest form, and a station section covering the roster and the apparatus. The roster and apparatus records are backed by the shared Associates API, so the department updates them itself. The membership interest form routes straight to the department's own inbox.

Where it stands

The department runs its own public presence without needing us. The site is live at mvfd5.com and is the department's primary channel for membership inquiries and EMS billing questions.

Elemental helped save us $300/mo compared to our old website. And that's ontop of giving it a much needed modern look and feel.
