Elemental Softworks builds websites and custom software for small businesses across the greater Pittsburgh area, and remotely for anyone else. We currently run 4 production builds, including two volunteer fire department sites that their own members keep current.
How we work
You talk to the person building your site, start to finish. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager, so nobody is turning what you said into a ticket for someone else to interpret.
We’d rather turn work down than build something you didn’t need. That’s partly principle and partly arithmetic: a shop this size lives on referrals, and a client who was sold a platform when they needed a page doesn’t make one.
What we won’t do
We don’t put claims on a site that the business hasn’t made. No invented review counts, no star ratings that came from nowhere, no service-area pages for towns you’ve never worked in. Those things win a snippet for a few months and cost you the domain when Google notices.
This site holds itself to the same rule. Where you see something missing here, like a founding year, business hours or client testimonials, it’s missing because it isn’t verified yet, not because it was overlooked.

Pittsburgh, Monroeville, Plum Borough, Bridgeville, plus remote work anywhere else. Each of those has its own page because we’ve built something there.
